I am Sara, and I am the founder, owner and designer for The Local Rhody.

 

As a college student at URI, I met my husband, and we always knew Rhode Island is where we belong. When we moved back here in 2019, we were so happy we could finally say we are not just visitors- we live here // Proud Locals!

 

With a background in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design, and a strong passion for being a Rhode Island Local, I created the brand The Local Rhody. All the designs are created by me, and all apparel is hand tie dyed, and hand printed by me here in Narragansett.
